Amitabh Bachchan sends best wishes for Marathi film “Manaatlya Unhat”

Over the last couple years Marathi cinema has really been gaining ground.  So much so, that it has even got Amitabh Bachchan talking.  It’s not very often that Amitabh Bachchan praises regional cinema,  but he seemed to be very impressed by the trailer of Marathi film, “Manaatlya Unhat”, which releases this Friday. The actor wrote on Twitter,

“T 1928 – https://youtu.be/HrdHaS5rKEI …. Marathi film trailer, director brother Usha Jadhav, of ‘Bhootnath Returns’ .. सर्व शुभेच्छा !!”

Even Nawazuddin Siddiqui was all praise for the film. Said the actor,

“MANAATLYA UNHAT is a very good film. Based on a true story, it’s directly superbly by Pandurang Jadhav. Please do watch it.”

Anil Kapoor also applauded the film saying,

“From what I have seen of the film, I can say that this is a stupendous work and effort. The film has been made with passion. I wish the entire unit all the very best. May this film become a huge success.”

“Manaatlya Unhat” stares Kishor Kadam, Mitali Jagtap, Hansraj Jagtap, Sameer Dharmadhikari, Nagesh Bhosle, Ruchita Jadhav, Chhaya Kadam, Manthan Patil and Oveshikha Patil.  It is produced by Anand Sagar Productions, and is jointly distributed by STV and Pickle Entertainment.
