Juhi Chawla has made a name for herself with her debut movie Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak. Juhi is currently busy with her next movie Chalk n Duster and personally looks into everything on the sets for producer Subhash Singh. Even when she is not shooting, the actress would show up on the sets and look after the development of the movie. The actress thinks about the project as her baby and puts in extra efforts to have the best results.
Subhash has been doing Juhi’s make-up for over 18 years now and both have struck a chord, ever since. There was this one time, when Subhash told her that if he were to make a movie, he would definitely cast her. After so many years, the veteran industry man stayed true to his words.

Chalk n Duster is written by Ranjeev Varma and directed by Jayant Gilatar. The music is composed by Sandesh Shandilya, while the lyrics for the film are penned by the seasoned Javed Akhtar. The movie is produced by Subhash Singh and Sonali Singh under the 3S Creations banner.
