It goes without a doubt that many people are in a state of shock with the verdict on Salman Khan’s thirteen-year-old hit-and-run case. He was charged and sentenced to five years in prison. Salman got an interim bail until Friday.
Many celebrities and Bollywood personalities have poured in their support for Salman on social media sites like Twitter, however, it was statements from jewelry designer, Farah Khan Ali and singer Abhijeet that has shocked many and left a bad taste. Both Farah and Abhijeet have tweeted insensitive comments towards the victims of the hit-and-run case.
