The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has searched the residence of Bollywood actor Aditya Pancholi in connection to actress Jiah Khan’s death. Jiah Khan’s death caused quite a stir in Bollywood and there was a formal complaint registered by CBI to investigate the suspicious cause of the death.
Jiah Khan died on June 3rd, 2013 whereafter the CBI filed the complaint in Bombay High Court. The order came following the transfer of the case to the CBI to investigate if the death was suicide or a homicide. The investigations are still on into the matter.
Jiah Khan was found hanging in her Juhu apartment when her mother returned from a party. Aditya Pancholi’s son, Suraj Pancholi was Jiah Khan’s boyfriend at the time and call records show that Suraj Pancholi was the last person Jiah Khan spoke to on the phone prior to her death.
