Bikram Choudhury is the man behind the popular Bikram Yoga trend. He combined sauna like environments with the intensity and focus needed in yoga to create a new form of exercise that people are flocking to try. However it seems that Bikram Choudhury isn’t exactly the best person to be idolizing, there is a lot of controversy around the yoga instructor. He’s made grand claims that his yoga cures everything and that his students have asked him for sex, while his female students have claimed that he raped them.
