New Star Wars teaser out! The force is strong with this one!

The Star Wars movies may be the most popular science fiction series in the history of film-making.  Whether it is a television show or feature film, fans go crazy for the series.  The original trilogy from the late ’70s-’80s  – A New Hope, Empire Strikes Back, and Return of the Jedi – changed the way special effects were done in movies and truly were a leap forward for the world of film.  The series creator, George Lucas, then decided to re-release the film in digital with additional scenes, and went on to release prequels – A Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones, and Revenge of the Sith – in the late ’90s and ’00s.  Later this year, the most awaited franchise reboot in movie history aka Disney’s Star Wars: The Force Awakens will release in December!  The first teaser released end of last year, and now, they’ve launched a brand new teaser!  The trailer has added $2 Billion to Disney’s value!

From the dogfight inside the ruined hulk of a crash-landed Imperial Star Destroyer to appearance of Han Solo and Chewbacca, fans and newbies alike can see the glory and fresh new vision of the worlds MOST popular franchise ever! The trailer is narrated by Mark Hammil aka Luke Skywalker.  In the most unusual and rare of all trailer launches, the trailer was revealed in the presence of millions of fans at the ultimate fanfare event called Star Wars Celebrations taking place from April 16th to 19th at Anaheim USA, a global event streamed live across 23 countries! Twitter had special emojis/emoticons to celebrate the Star Wars hashtags and the biggest return of a movie to its franchise.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens is an upcoming American epic space opera film directed by J. J. Abrams. The seventh installment in the Star Wars film series (excluding spin-offs), it stars John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, and Max von Sydow, with Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker reprising roles from previous films.
