Fans of the gorgeous Deepika Padukone have loved the seven different looks in Shoojit Sircar’s upcoming family drama, Piku, however, what many don’t know is that aside from changing up her looks, Deepika has also become a student for the film.
Yes, that’s right, Deepika has started reading a lot of material on different ailments as the film sees her tending to her father played by the legendary Amitabh Bachchan. Deepika plays an architect in the film, however, she has read up on different ailments to bring realism to her character.
Confirming the news, Deepika says that she has, “..spent hours going through information about various medical issues, and their symptoms, solutions, etc. I now know the basic details about blood pressure, constipation, etc.”
Piku will showcase a beautiful and crazy relationship between father and daughter played by Amitabh and Deepika. Irrfan Khan will also be starring alongside them in the film. Piku is scheduled to release on May 8th. Are you looking forward to it? Let us know in the comment section below.
