The countdown has begun for Piku’s trailer launch, which we will get to see with Yash Raj Film’s most awaited summer release, Detective Byomkesh Bakshy. The film has been directed by Dibakar Banerjee and stars Sushant Singh Rajput as Detective Byomkesh Bakshy.
Piku is Shoojit Sircar’s family comedy drama. The film brings together Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone and Irrfan Khan for the first time and has been in news ever since it went on floors in August 2014. Billed as the quirkiest take on a father-daughter relationship, Piku will show us the three superstars in their craziest avatars ever. It is also Deepika’s first stand alone title role.
