Penn Masala is comprised of a group of students at the University of Pennsylvania. They are an a capella group that blends South Asian music with western music. This super talented group has eight full length albums and has performed for President Obama, IFFA and Star Screen Awards amongst many other places.
The members of the band include Dilip Rajan, Chetan Khanna, Prashant Ramesh, Anil Chitrapu, Aneesh Kanakamedala, Pranay Sharma, Brendan McManus, Hari Ravi, Kashish Hora, Praveen Rajaguru, Nikhil Raman, Yamir Tainwala, and Vishnu Rachakonda.
They recently released a new video titled, The Bollywood Breakdown, where they combined hip-hop music and Bollywood music. It is definitely a music video that you do not want to miss!
