The best example of leadership is leadership by example. In order to be a good leader, one must be able set a standards by fulfilling them. It’s no wonder that the judges of MTV Roadies X2 are on the road getting down and dirty themselves. After having selected their teams from nationwide auditions, gang leaders Karan Kundra, Rannvijay Singh Singha, Vijender Singh and Esha Deol have set out for phase two of the challenging journey where they will train their respective teams to out perform the others. The leaders set out Varanasi from where the flag off of this season’s Roadies journey!
Not only did they bask in the beauty of the city, but also shed their blood and sweat to inspire their teams and give them a preview of the challenges which lie ahead. Now that is what you call a true leader!
