Asha Negi to star opposite Karan Sharma in Star Plus' new show?

White Horse Productions and Star Plus have teamed up to bring us a new drama. The show is based on Star Jalsha’s number one show, Ishti Kutum, which features a love triangle between the leads of the show. For Star Plus’ not-yet-titled show, Asha Negi, Karan Sharma and Wasna Ahmed have been brought in to play the leads.

Asha and Karan’s characters will be a very much in love couple in the show. Asha will play a teacher, while Karan is a journalist. Due to some unexpected circumstances, Karan ends up marrying Wasna and things between the happy couple are not so happy anymore. The show is set to go on the floors some time in March. Asha and Karan have previously worked together in Zee TV’s Pavitra Rishta.
