It was bound to happen! Film has come full-circle for actress, Nargis Fakhri, who is all geared up for her hugely anticipated Hollywood debut film ‘SPY’ by Fox Star Studios, directed by Paul Feig (Of Bridesmaids and The Heat fame). Fakhri, born and raised in America, left the US for India to start her Bollywood career. She made her debut in Rockstar in 2011. Now, she’s back in home territory in the United States and will be see in a Hollywood film! The first theatrical trailer of the movie was launched yesterday evening! The film also stars Melissa McCarthy, Jude law and Jason Statham. It is an American action comedy, which is scheduled for a May 2015 release. The actress will be playing the role of a secret agent and is seen in the trailer fighting with comedy Hollywood queen Melissa McCarthy.
The trailer, gives us a look at Melissa aka Susan Cooper, a CIA analyst, who gets a chance to be in the field when the agents, played by the likes of Jude Law (doing an American accent) and Jason Statham (doing his own accent) are compromised.
Director Paul Feig and comedic actress Melissa McCarthy have teamed up once again for the secret agent parody film, Spy. Co-starring Jude Law and Jason Statham as outed spies and Rose Byrne as the diabolical villain, this 2015 film shows us what happens when a CIA analyst has to take on the position of an operative to save the world!!
