The lovely Priyanka Chopra who started her career as Miss World 2000 has since become one of Bollywood’s top actresses and started a singing career! Now PC has signed a one year television development deal with ABC Television studios!
The news is that PC will star in an existing series that ABC is working on that will launch next fall. ABC’s casting topper Kelli Lee specially made the trip out to Mumbai to sign PC herself! Speaking about the network PC said she was a long time fan and admirer of the channel.
“I’ve been a longtime fan of ABC shows, and an admirer of how the network has changed the landscape of TV through the diversity of their lead characters,” Chopra said in a statement. “I am honored by the opportunity to share my talent with a game-changing network.”
Congrats to Priyanka Chopra, we can’t wait to see her take over Hollywood like she did Bollywood!
