Title films are always funny! And when they are, it makes us scratch our heads. Latley, film names are becoming shorter than they were 10 years ago. Thankfully it’s easier to remember rather than having those really long on film titles or acronyms. The makers of Shoojit Sircar’s Piku starring Amitabh Bachchan, Irrfan Khan and Deepika Padukone, have released a hilarious video of people’s reactions to the word ‘Piku’. Clearly unaware of the significance of the word in the movie , people came up with craziest answers as a response to #YehPikuKyaHai!
The video showcases people across different age groups trying to guess what Piku is in the movie. Mostly clueless, the responders are seen giving funny answers on what Piku could be. Someone calls it a baby peacock and another calls it a pokemon, while someone else wonders if it’s the sound of an ambulance. Baby Peacock is something I would of said as well! Pretty adorable for a name – PIKU! Or maybe even the sound of a sneeze- PIKUUU! Sort of like ‘Achoo’ okay not really but you get our point! ‘Piku’ is a roller coaster ride of a crazy father-daughter relationship essayed by Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone with Irrfan Khan top-lining the cast, in a pivotal author backed role. ‘Piku’ also marks coming together of Shoojit Sircar, Ronnie Lahiri and Juhi Chaturvedi, the team that had scripted Vicky Donor.
