Rajnikanth is pretty much a God in South Indian cinema, and we all know, that his movies generate good business. So, expectations are always really high! The audio for his next film ‘Lingaa‘ was recently launched through a formal function held at Sathyam Cinemas in Chennai. The music, available on Eros Music, hit the stores on Sunday, 16 November. For the launch, the venue was decked up for the audio release and the “Lingaa” posters were seen everywhere at Sathyam, and was attended by special guests and media personnel.
A host of big names were present at the audio launch of “Lingaa“. Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha, Anushka Shetty, Kannada superstar Kiccha Sudeep, Vikram Prabhu, KS Ravikumar, producer Gnanavel Raja, actor Vijaya Kumar, Santhanam, director Ameer and many others were spotted at the music release function!
Music Director AR Rahman who could not make it for this grand event recorded a special video dedicated to Team Lingaa and his fans, in the short video clip, the two-time Oscar Award winner said the story has the epic feel to it and was honored to give the music for the film which has Superstar Rajnikanth in it.
Sonakshi Sinha looked elegant and graceful in a beautiful sari and was given a warm welcome by all the fans present there. She referred to herself as “Superstar Rajnikanth’s heroine for her entry in Tollywood,” – an entry which every actress can only dream of! It was obvious how excited she was to be a part of the project!
