A few days after filmmaker Karan Johar made a dig at Sanjay Leela Bhansali on a talk show where he called the latter as “gone into a space of negativity and darkness”, superstar Salman Khan has made it to the headlines too for talking about the filmmaker.
In a recent interview, celebrating two decades of ‘Hum Aapke Hain Koun!’ with Sooraj Barjatya, Salman Khan took a dig at Sanjay Leela Bhansali. In the interview Salman said that Bhansali should control his anger issues! Does someone need to see the film ‘Anger Management’ – uh oh!
“The best quality in Sooraj is his temperament. I have given the director (Bhansali) an example of Sooraj saying that the working atmosphere should be excellent for the actor to perform. He makes you so comfortable and does not yell at anyone. One day, I saw Sanjay Leela Bhansali yelling and apparently he does that quite a lot. I had to tell him to go and hang around with Sooraj and see how he directs. What is this throwing things and stuff like that?” Salman said.
He further added,
“Sanjay was like he is losing it. I said that the first thing is to make the actors feel beautiful and loved. Even, Taj Mahal is also made of love.”
It’s noted that Salman Khan has worked with filmmaker Sanjay Leela- Bhansali in films like ‘Khamoshi – The Musical’, ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’ and ‘Saawariya’ in the past.
Does Bhansali really have a attitude problem like Salman says and what makes him so angry? We wonder that as well considering his film is all about love?
