We all know that Johnny Lever is one of the Kings of Comedy when it comes to acting on screen – he is a natural at it and makes us all laugh! Although, when it came to the character of lawyer Abdullah Sheikh in the upcoming comedy flick ‘Entertainment’, the directors Sajid and Farhad said one name could fit this role and that was ,Johnny Lever.
Director Sajid says,
“Having written films like All The Best, Boss, Golmaal Returns and Housefull 2 and getting to interact with him closely, Johnny Lever was the natural choice for the role of lawyer Abdullah Sheikh in Its Entertainment”.
Farhad adds that there’s much more to the character than what has been seen of Johnny Lever so far onscreen.
“Unlike other films where Johnny Lever has been seen doing comedy, here he’s seen expressing a gamut of emotions. The actor has shown that he is indeed a versatile actor,” says Farhad.
