Over the weekend Shiamak’s Summer Funk was a great success in Toronto at the Living Arts Centre in Mississauga. Bollywood Celebrity, Vinay Virmani related to and inspired Shiamak students at this year’s show with his humility and dance moves creating a stir on social media, as his latest film Dr. Cabbie has generated a great hype.
Mississauga City Councillor, Bonnie Crombie was seen dancing along in the audience to the energetic bollywood tunes, she was moved by the students’ performances and even shook a leg on stage to a popular bollywood track. The audience was left mesmerized by the energetic, colorful and glamorous display of bollywood in true Shiamak Style. Finding it hard to resist Shiamak’s tag line – Have Feet Will Dance, even the audience was seen learning the Tumkas and Jhatkas of bollywood.
