Great news for all old-skool music lovers, D-Boy returns with a summery UK garage makeover of The107’s latest single ‘Mele Vich’. ‘Beatcircle’ ambassador D-Boy felt it was something he had to do:
‘With UK garage being so prominent right now I had to jump back into the recording studio and add my own flavor to a song which I think will be around for a long time. I wanted to keep the feel good factor on the track with the piano and guitar as the backbone of the remix then add my personal touch. I hope people like it!’
And for those always asking if there will be a percussion mix of ‘Mele Vich,” there is one now! The full percussion mix includes the original full length version of the track blended with rhythmic dholki played by The107’s Gopi. The mixes EP will be released on Thurs 10th April 2014.
