The LunchBox goes home with 3 Filmfare Awards!

The critically acclaimed Irrfan Khan film The Lunchbox  was honored with three prizes at the 59th Annual FilmFare Awards including the prestigious Critics Award for Best Film of the Year, Best Supporting Actor (Nawazuddin Siddiqui) and Best Debut Director (Ritesh Batra).

It is no surprise that The Lunchbox was a big winner at the 59th Annual Filmfare Awards, the flick has been bringing home awards since it’s release! It made a major splash on the world cinema scene at the Cannes Film Festival last year and went on to wow audiences at festivals in Telluride, Toronto, and also London where it was nominated for Best Film. This month, the Ritesh Batra-directed movie was given a special premiere in the Spotlight Section at the prestigious Sundance Film Festival.The praise for The Lunchbox has been endless, check out the reviews!
