It’s no secret, fans can’t get enough of Dhoom! From the first release of the franchise, the Dhoom films have defined the action genre in Bollywood. Keeping these facts in mind, Yash Raj Films (YRF) played Santa to all its fans yesterday and returned the love with an explosive new music video and track – “The Dhoom Anthem” featuring Saba Azad (of “Mujhse Fraaandship Karoge” fame).

Saba sizzles and grooves to some cool moves in the video! The track is a very different interpretation of the iconic Dhoom Theme. The track not only highlights the signature Dhoom thump, but also features some really cool whistling by Sana. Most fans don’t know this, but Sana is actually a professional whistler!
This special composition by Raghav Sachar has done loads of justice to the theme by bringing the three worlds of the Dhoom franchise into one cool video. The video is the perfect fandom material given that it features some of the most iconic moments from Dhoom, Dhoom 2 and Dhoom 3. Additionally, there is plenty of eye candy as the stars of the series – John, Hrithik, Aamir, Bipasha, Aishwarya and Katrina – are all seen in the video. “Dhoom Anthem” is the perfect way to celebrate this amazing franchise!
The funky new version of the song has been composed by Raghav Sachar, and the mash-up is a great mix of R&B, whistle tones, rap and a fresh new interpretation of the chart-busting track. The video has been directed by Adil Shaikh, known for his choreography of some of the biggest hits right from “Bachna Ae Haseeno” to “Go Goa Gone”. The video uses jewelry from Caratlane.com to style Saba and a troop of international dancers and has been hand-picked keeping in mind the mode and tone of the song and video.
