Renowned fashion designer Salim Asgarally has come a long way since his days at FIDM and UCLA. Asgarally seamlessly blends together east and west, with beautiful results. His latest Autumn/Winter collection is titled “Ehsaas” with means “feelings” or “emotions” in Urdu. Just like emotions, the collection varies greatly while supporting and reflecting the moods of contemporary woman. The collection ranges from crisp whites to multicolored hues, which have been aligned into 12 sequences. The silhouettes vary from short and playful to long and elegant. Saree skirt ensembles, kameezes and tunics cater to ethnic sensibilities while short mini dresses in lace and linen and long flowing Georgette dresses add to western chic.
