Renowned producer Mentor Beats releases a new track – ‘Jadoo‘, featuring rising talent Nav Sidhu. Fans of the producer have been eagerly waiting to hear something new from him and he doesn’t disappoint. Teaming up with singer Nav Sidhu for the first time, Mentor offers up something a little different to his usual funky desi beats, check it out!
Slowing things down, this mellow romantic track has all the makings of a classic Panjabi love song, with touches of his signature urban style; creating a song that appeals to both younger and older audiences. Mentor has been instrumental in launching and supporting the careers of many acts over the years. We last heard from him on his project with rapper The Truth. He has since been busy working on other music projects outside the Asian scene but returns to his musical roots and the industry he loves to focus on his own musical project. This year we will see the release of tracks with Juggy D, Bikram Singh and Inderjit Nikku to name a few.
Recent projects from the music maestro include ‘Kurri Canada Di’ with DJ Dips, ‘Money’ and ‘Freedom’ with DJ Pinkz, ‘Club Crazy’ with AG Dolla and ‘Sharabi’ with The Truth. Over the years he has acquired impressive production and remixing credits for the likes of Jay Sean, Timbaland and Magoo ft Missy Elliot, Craig David, Juggy D, Sugababes, Nitin Sawhney, Jon B and many more.
