Bihar is all set to rejoice with Daler Mehndi in an evening of music and celebration as he performs at Bihar Diwas on 24th of March! People in Bihar are going to be mesmerized as the Bhangra Sensation enthralls one and all with music that has transcended the limitations of languages, regions and genres and ranges from pop, film, gurbani, sufi and alternative!
Daler Mehndi, the man with a three-prong strategy behind his music – one that of entertaining the world, second that of propagating, spreading happiness, harmony, peace and third that of environmental awareness, is also going to gift saplings under his DM Mi ssion Love Green Campaign. Mehndi said,
“I am absolutely excited right now! Bihar is my own state & Patna Sahib is my ‘shehar’ (city), I was born there. My father was a Hazoori Raagi at Akal Takht Shri Patna Sahib and I am strongly connected with that place! It is overwhelming to perform at your birth place for your very own people and that too on the eve of Bihar Diwas which commemorates the establishment of the city.”
The three-day Bihar Diwas centenary celebration starts on March 22 and Daler Pahji will conclude the event by his high voltage performance on March 24th.
