Gunjan to Rock Basement Bhangra

This week’s Basement Bhangra (NYC) –  Thursday March 7th will be welcoming mega-talented vocalist, Gunjan. From the classic Kawan to Aaja Nachiyan on the Basement Bhangra album, the vocal genius behind Bally Sagoo’s Bollywood Flashback 2 performs sans lip sync in the main space.

As always kick off the night with Co-Lab where we will feature the musical and visual styling of Umar Rashid. Co-Lab, a curated series featuring eclectic talent in an atmosphere to facilitate creative exchange at LPR’s Gallery bar.

At 10pm the Bhangra vibe kicks off by the energetic dance lesson with SMD (Shaan Mutiyaaran Di – NYC). DJ Rampage Global alongside the “Ambassador of Bhangra” DJ Rekha  will be on the decks.
