“Things I’ve Seen” by The Truth featuring RKZ

London born and raised rapper, The Truth, has built a name for himself by battling his way through the same UK underground circuit that has propelled artists such as Tinchy Stryder, Skepta and Professor Green to the top. The Truth has worked his way up from the streets to opening a studio with producer Bobby Wonda. The Truth started on pirate stations and finally got his big break on the BBC Introducing Playlist on Radio 1. His smash hit “I Make Em Say,” received widespread support from top DJ’s, giving The Truth a platform to cement his place in the UK Urban Market.

The Truth brings an air of freshness and originality to urban music with his band; playing everything from live dubstep to acoustic and rock influenced hip-hop. His outlook on live music and his jaw dropping live performances have helped him win the best Asian Urban act and have his band nominated as the best live band within the Asian music industry. In addition to supporting Ed Sheeran at the Glastonbury Festival, The Truth has also opened for the Asian Dub Foundation and has shared a stage with none other than Karen David.

With all these accomplishments under his belt, The Truth has now released a powerful track titled, “Things I’ve Seen.” Available on ITunes, and produced by Zaheer, this track is a take on The Truth’s own history, a reflection of sorrow with a silver lining of hope. His open and honest lyrics are complimented by the soulful lyrics of RKZ. Check out the music video, below, and let us know what you think!
