The Lebara Mobile Asian Music Awards went off without a hitch on October 25, 2012 in London. The night saw the best of the best of the music industry from UK and beyond. Brit sensation, Jay Sean was hot on Rahat Fateh Ali Khan’s heels with two awards for Lebara Mobile British Artist of the Decade and Lebara Mobile Best Male.
Hosts BBC Asian Network’s Tommy Sandhu and BBC One Extra’s Sarah-Jane Crawford oversaw proceedings and blistering performances by several top UK artists such as rising star Arjun who has racked up an incredible 15 million YouTube hits, Mumzy Stranger, British Bollywood-award winner Ash King, British singer / songwriter Shide Boss, X-Factor and YouTube sensation One Pound Fish, Malaysian Bhangra stars Goldkartz, the winner of this year’s Nokia Unsigned Award, Amanjot Sangha and smash hit artist Imran Khan.
