Smriti – “Your body is like clay, and your mind is the creator- use your mind to mould yourself into what you want to be; physically and spiritually”

Ashtanga yoga, created in the tradition of Sri.K.Pattabhi Jois, is a practice that involves ‘six series’ starting from primary, intermediate, and advanced – A, B, C, D.

It is a beautiful synchronization of breath and movement, which elegantly and strongly carries one through a sequence enhancing body heat, removing impurities, strengthening your body and calms your mind. Visit www.kpjayi.org for more details.

Breathe – It is free and it’s hypnotizing when you do it right.

“Yoga is for everyone, except the lazy ones”- Sri.Pattabhi Jois
