Esha Deol, the daughter of Bollywood legends Dharmendra and Hema Malini, just got engaged today! The beautiful actress married her boyfriend, Bandra business man Bharat Takhtani!
The lovely couple have been dating for the past 13 months and are quite inseparable! Bharat is also close with Esha’s younger sister Ahana and the three of them are often seen hanging out together. Esha always stressed her parents approval of any boy in her life is of the most importance to her and it looks like both Hema Malini ji and Dharmendra Deol are happy with their daughter’s choice!
“We are happy that my daughter is getting engaged. He is a lovely boy and we all like him. It is a very happy moment not only for her but for the entire family,” Hema Malini told the press recently in the midst of engagement preparations.
Rumor has it that the couple was waiting until the release of Hema Malini’s relaunch of her daughter Esha in her movie “Tell Me Oh Khuda!” to announce the engagement. The duo decided to tye the knot at a 5-star hotel in Mumbai with close family and friends present. The wedding will be held later in the year, looks like 2012 is the start of Bollywood’s wedding season! First Ritesh Deshmukh and Genelia D’souza got married February 3rd and now Esha Deol’s engagement! Who’s next?
