If you were like me, you were glued to your TV set on Sunday, in part to watch the actual Superbowl game, but also, to watch the amazing half-time show featuring mega-star Madonna. However, while I am a huge Madonna fan, there is one artist who I adore who is on par, talent-wise, with the likes of Madonna. That artist is the one and only Annamika.
Like Madonna, Annamika has the ability to move with the times and has the immense talent to reinvent herself and her music. She is no “one-track” artist, but rather, is incredibly versatile. Go out and buy the CD “Naina” if you don’t believe me. Annamika shot to fame with her song “Kala Sha Kala” and went on to solidify her place in the industry with hits like “Sona Dis Da”, “Naina”, and most recently, “Dil Kardaa” (off the album “Dil Kardaa”).
A few days ago, Annamika released a video to accompany the track “Dil Deewana,” which has been mixed by Knox Artiste. Check out the video below. For more details on Annamika, check out the interview I did with her last year around this time.
