Asha Negi replaced in "Pavitra Rishta!"

Zee TV’s “Pavirtra Rishta” will see a generation leap soon and there has been a last minute changes!

Asha Negi, who currently plays Apeksha on the Sony TV show “Bade Acche Laggte Hai,” was originally picked as the role of Purv, Archana’s daughter but creators felt that Negi would have her hands full with both shows especially because Apeksha’s role in “Bade Acche Laggte Hai” will gain importance with time.

Negi has been replaced by Shafaq Naaz who was last seen as Guni on the Star Plus show “Bidaai.”

“Yes I am not playing the character of Purvi,” said Negi to Telebuzz. “Initially, when I was told about this I was a little upset, but Ekta Ma’am made me realize that I would need to concentrate more on Apeksha’s character as it was slowly becoming a major one. That’s the reason, I’ve been replaced. I believe everything happens for the good.”
