Nikhil Dwivedi, who’s currently riding high on the success of his latest release Shor in the City, enjoyed himself at the IIFA Awards this year in Toronto. Nikhil attended the the “Oscars” of Bollywood after a gap of 11 years and has gotten a lot of positive feedback about his character Ramesh in the movie.
His wedding to girlfriend, Gauri Pandit, was attended by some of Bollywood’s biggest names. It seems like lady luck has definitely opened a bright new chapter in the Nikhil’s life and the audience would love to see more of this up-and-coming lad in the near future.
Raved about by critics and movie-goers alike, his talent has been applauded by many, including Taran Adarsh who stated, “Nikhil is striking, especially towards the second hour. Note the sequence in the end, after the bank robbery goes wrong. He’s electrifying!”
His performance in Raavan itself stood out amongst multiple characters in the movie. Nikhil has also managed to garner a mass following on twitter due to the fact that he is seen by many as a sort of role model, someone who without any filmy family history has managed to capture the audience’s attention with his out-of-the-box roles.
