Imtiaz Ali’s newest flick “Rockstar” debuts the Czech and Pakistani model-turned-actress Nargis Fakhri, and Imtiaz is afraid his heroine is getting too popular!
The director is concerned that Nargis Fakhri’s relationship with co-star Ranbir Kapoor is getting too much media attention and audiences will be bored with them by the time “Rockstar” releases!
One source told media outlets that “He now feels the girl’s devil-may-care attitude will cost him his film. The film is expected to release in August and he worries that the attention around Fakhri might peak and ebb all too soon.”
Besides the popularity surrounding the co-stars, Imtiaz Ali and AR Rahman, the music composer for the movie, had a great time shooting in Kashmir, or what they call “heaven-on-earth!” The talented duo says it’s totally safe and spent considerable amount of time together, discussing the songs and roaming around Kashmir.
