#ThrowbackThursday: When Kinshuk Mahajan and Parul Chauhan met Rajan Shahi!

Producer Rajan Shahi who is known for India’s longest running show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai on air on Star Plus also has the super hit show Bidaai to his credit which is still remembered by audiences for its simple story. The lead pair of Bidaai, Kinshuk Mahajan and Parul Chauhan went to meet their mentor Rajan Shahi at his office recently.

Kinshuk Mahajan says,

“It was great actually we met after very long time like, after 5-6 months and Parul I met after Bidaai. I was like on the way to Andheri for some work and suddenly I thought that I should go and give Rajan Ji a sudden visit. So I got a surprise as Parul also came. It was really a big coincidence and we really had fun. We were chatting for at least two hours in the office”.

Parul Chauhan adds,

“I started my career with Rajan sir and he is my godfather so meeting him with Kinshuk was a surprise for me because I was going somewhere else I just planned to meet Rajan Sir and I went to the office and suddenly saw Kinshuk and it was a big surprise for me. I don’t know what was the connection between me, sir and Kinshuk because that particular time he called and came. And yes I met him after a long time. Because he was my pati on my show our chemistry is still remembered. My fans on Instagram are very happy after seeing my and Kinshuk’s picture together and also they suggested that I and Kinshuk should do a show together”.

Speaking about her mentor she says,

“I am working with Rajan sir for the second time in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and it’s going damn good. I am just proud of myself I am doing Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai which is a hit show. I am happy that Rajan sir gave me the chance and he believed in me. I am grateful to him and I don’t have enough words to thank him. I am lucky and blessed to have a Godfather like him”.
