Riteish Deshmukh stands atop 40-ft cluster of dhols for Banjo's song "Bappa"!

Bappa is here! Riteish Deshmukh, who plays a street musician in Ravi Jadhav’s Banjo, recently had to play the banjo atop of a 40 ft cluster of dhols for the recently launched song “Bappa“, sung by Vishal Dadlani and composed by Vishal and Shekhar.

“It’s one of my favourite songs from the film. Shooting for it remains one of my most cherished experiences. I remember standing 40 feet above the ground, which is equal to the height of a four-storey building. Though all the safety measures were taken, standing on a pyramid of Dhols was challenging. On top of that, I had to play the banjo.”

says Riteish.

Produced by Eros International, directed by Ravi Jadhav, and starring Riteish Deshmukh and Nargis Fakhri, Banjo releases on September 23, 2016.
