Vivian Dsena speaks out on the no dating clause!

The no dating clause has recently come into the limelight after television’s most popular bad boy Vastal Sheth and his costar Ishita Datta signed a no dating clause for their upcoming series Rishton Ke Saudagar – Baazigar on Life OK. As per the clause, the co actors are not allowed to date one another or any of their co-stars while engaged with this project. Reacting to this instance is Shakti actor Vivian Dsena who in fact met his wife on the set of their show Pyaar Kii Yeh Ek Kahanii.

Vivian comments,

“I have heard of the dating clause but I don’t see it practically effective. One cannot control or put a tab on ones feelings and emotions. Had I had such a clause in my show Pyaar Kii Yeh Ek Kahanii where I met Vahbbiz (his wife), I would have laughed it off!”

The actor further states,

“Clauses cannot be put on emotions and relationships. The matter is completely subjective. As an actor we are expected to be professionals but it an individual decision to agree to a particular clause. At the end of the day consensus has to be there between actor and production house or channel. What actors do in their personal life outside set is their decision. On the set decorum is expected. Even if co-stars fall in love they should not disturb the shoot or unit in any way. On the set work shouldn’t suffer in any way.”
