Shweta Rohira – the muhboli behen of Salman Khan – is an entrepreneur, artist, and a writer. She is also a graphologist and recently has received the “Young Achiever Award” from the Mayor of the Mumbai.
Recognizing the commonness of her name, Shweta shares a story on her name. She says,
“My dad’s first comment when he saw me was ” how milky fair she is “. It was his choice to give me this name; over a period of time my outlook towards my name changed. My name has undergone a metamorphosis, mainly due to my mother’s constant reminder that my name denotes purity and white as a light. It is she who has imparted to me that inner beauty and purity are equally important, not jut skin deep vanity. My mother Kaajal Rohira’s definition of Shweta stems from her holistic roots. So I would say Shweta means milky white and pure.”
Shweta who is a writer and artist shares her take on creativity too, adding,
“I believe that the most fundamental essence of creativity is silence at the deepest depths of our core. No matter how the waves are behaving the true treasures only come from the depths of the ocean, beyond this the texture of our experiences love, pain, joy, angst all add to the form that our creativity takes.”
