Frooti presents BCL Season 2 kick started the cricketing festivities in desi style. The curtain raiser photo shoot held at Film City featured an army of 200 actors performing on a playlist of Bollywood songs.
The all nighter kickstarted with defending champions Delhi Dragons and ended with Sunny Leone’s maiden team Chennai Swaggers which ironically consists of former Delhi Dragon Rithvik Dhanjani. Divyanka Tripathi And Gunjan Utreja looked up to par representing their team Pune Anmol Ratn while Rashami Desai was in full support of the Lucknow Nawabs!
Commenting on the event BCL co-owner Anand Mishra says,
“The curtain raiser shoot went off smoothly. All the teams worked hard on their respective acts and the grandeur was visible on stage. This year Frooti BCL Season 2 on Colors is surely going to win audiences heart.”
Jaipur Raj Joshiley’s Kamya Punjabi commented,
“I am very happy that this time BCL is bigger and better. The buzz for the show is very strong.”
Chennai Swaggers captain Himmanshoo Malhotra stated,
“Cricket as a game is religion in India and when it is mixed with entertainment it is magic. We had a blast on stage.”
Nivedita Basu of Kolkata Baabu Moshayes says,
“I was excited with huge turnout for the opening ceremony. We were twenty people on stage. It was a good feeling. Unity is strength after all.”
Gaurav Aggarwal co-owner of The Ahmedabad Express says,
“The audience will enjoy watching The Ahmedabad Express perform at the curtain raiser. We believe in unity is strength and our bonding is vibrantly visible on as well as off stage. Our performance was quite different from other performances and we had a blast at the shoot. This year BCL is surely going to have special flavor.”
