The talented and versatile Dill Mill Gayye actor Pankit Thakker, who has charmed the small screen audiences with his amiable persona and immense acting potential is reportedly approached to be a celebrity contestant in the upcoming reality show Power Couple along with his beautiful wife Praachi Thakker.
Imagine a reality show that’s part Bigg Boss, part Khatron Ke Khiladi, featuring well-known celebrity couples. That’s the premise of Power Couple, a hit Israeli reality show that has also been sold in various other countries, such as China and South Africa. Hosted by Bollywood’s elite couple Arbaaz Khan and Maliaka Arora Khan, thee show features 10 celebrity couples who will undergo rigorous tests to prove their love. Each task will test the couple’s love, trust, patience, belief and courage.
However, Pankit refused. Quoting the handsome actor his spokesperson said that he will start shooting for his next show soon and hence there could have been a clash in dates. Well we sure hope it is not about money, honey.
But when it comes to Power Couple, he’s not alone. According to sources, many like him have refused to be inmates of Power Couple despite getting lucrative money and a chance to become a household name and get noticed by filmmakers.
Well I guess for some love really does not need the test of time or approval of others!
