Vishal Bhardwaj’s Haider, starring Shahid Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor emerges as the big winner at this year’s IIFA Awards. The film, which is inspired by William Shakespeare’s eerie revenge drama Hamlet, bags awards in six major categories including sostume Designing, Background Score, Sound Mixing, Sound Design, Production Design and Make-up.
This was followed by the Kangana Ranaut starrer Queen which grabbed two technical awards for Screenplay and Editing, and Salman Khanstarrer Kick which took home the trophy for Choreography and Special Effects Visual.
Other winners in the category include Shraddha Kapoor and Sidharth Malhotra starrer Ek Villain, Aamir Khan’s PK, Arjun Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer 2 States and finally the Katrina Kaif and Hrithik Roshan starrer Bang Bang .
