Actor Varun Dhawan went to visit the Golden Temple, a Holy Sikh shrine in Amritsar. We hear that Varun has a strong belief in the holy place. This time around the actor made sure that he seeks the blessings of the sacred place before he starts to promote his upcoming film Badlapur.
Badlapur is a very special film for Varun Dhawan and of course, he wants the movie to do well so he plans on leaving for Amritsar February 1st to pray at the Temple for success. This will be the first time audiences will see Varun in a different avatar than his usual romantic-comedy hero roles. Badlapur depicts Varun in a dark and very intense role, will fans accept their favorite new chocolate boy in such a different role?
Well, we hope Varun’s prayers are answered and fans love this new side of Varun Dhawan. The revenge drama, also stars Huma Qureshi, Yami Gautam Divya Dutta and Vinay Pathak and will hit screens on February 20.
