Warda Nadiadwala, wife of one of the biggest producers in the Indian Film industry, Mr. Sajid Nadiadwala, recently walked the ramp with grace and élan at the 9th Annual ‘Caring with Style’ Fashion Show in association with The Cancer Patients Aid Association.
The event known for its long association with crème de la crème of society was held at National Sports Club of India, Mumbai on May 11, 2014. Organized by renowned designers Shaina NC and Vikram Phadnis, the event in its 9th succession witnessed several other prominent personalities from different spheres of life, coming together to raise funds for the Cancer patients.
Dressed in creation of ace designer Vikram Phadnis, the very gorgeous Warda sizzled on the ramp as she looked like a million bucks. Speaking of the charity cause, she says,
“I believe as a celebrity, it is our duty to spread awareness for such an important cause. In a country like India where people from the film fraternity are considered like God and Bollywood a religion, we must encourage others and contribute back to the society.”
Shaina NC commented, “The concept of ‘Caring with Style’ is ‘glamour with a purpose’ – bringing fashion and real people together.”
Other well – known names such as veteran actress Sadhana, Zarine and Ronnie Screwvala, Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmi Uday Sing and Aditi Rao too were in attendance to support the noble cause.
