Bela Shende sings for "IPL"

National award winning singer, Bela Shende, recorded a peppy item song for the upcoming comedy, “Indian Premacha Lafda” aka “IPL.” This film, expected to release later this year, has been deemed a hilarious rom-com that will have you giggling until the end.

“IPL” is directed by the well-known Deepak Kadam and stars Sapnil Joshi, Santosh Mayekar, Vijay Patkar, Kshitija Ghosalkar, Siya Patil, Sunil Tawde, Vijay Kadam and Lekha Rane. It is produced by Mushtaq Ali and Mohan Lal Purohit, with music direction by Ashish Donald.

So far, “IPL” has four songs. The one sung by Bela Shende is an item piece. When asked about the film and soundtrack, Bela said, “ I found the film’s title very interesting as it sounds different and exciting. Abhijeet Kulkarn’s lyrics and Ashish Donald’s music are outstanding and the song is very peppy. I simply enjoyed recording the track and I am sure the audience will love listening to it.” She also added, “IPL has a stellar star cast along with a very talented director, Deepak Kadam.”
