Vineet Kumar Singh reminisces about the time when Neeraj Goyat trained him for Mukkabaaz

Vineet Kumar Singh, known for his standout role as Shravan Kumar in Mukkabaaz, is admired for his dedication to his roles. In ‘Mukkabaaz’, Singh played an aspiring boxer, and to make his portrayal authentic, he underwent intense training, including boxing lessons.

The film marked a significant milestone in his career, cementing his reputation as a versatile actor.

Now, in a full-circle moment, it has been revealed that the boxer who trained and fought Vineet for his role in the film is none other than Neeraj Goyat, a top Indian boxer and WBC Asia titleholder.

Recently, Neeraj Goyat won by unanimous decision against Brazil’s Whindersson Nunes in a super-middleweight bout in Texas on Friday, showcasing his skill before the Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson main event at AT&T Stadium.

Reflecting on Neeraj’s success, Vineet shared, “When Neeraj trained me for ‘Mukkabaaz’, he was incredibly passionate and hardworking. He trained me well and fighting Neeraj Goyat in the ring in Mukkabaaz was lifetime experience.

Now seeing him make our nation proud with such remarkable victories fills me with pride. I’m so grateful that he was part of my film. I’m proud of him for all his achievements. Keep shining, Neeraj!”

Currently, Vineet Kumar Singh is gearing up for the release of ‘Match Fixing’ and is also set to star in the multilingual pan-India film ‘Jaat’, alongside Sunny Deol.
