Vancouver Fashion Week F/W20 Event Cancelled Due To COVID19

Vancouver, BC (March 13, 2020) – As the number of Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases continues to escalate globally, Vancouver Fashion Week in conjunction with Vancouver Kids Fashion Week, is taking the necessary precautionary steps surrounding the situation and have canceled this season’s event dates and collections.

Following the World Health Organization (WHO) declaring a global pandemic as the coronavirus rapidly spreads internationally, Vancouver Coastal Health and Public Health Agency of Canada authorities have announced they were “discouraging all non-essential travel” outside of Canada and banning all gatherings of more than 250 people.

The VFW and VKFW team will be improving our event and safety procedures in accordance with Vancouver Coastal Health recommendations and guidelines for the Spring/Summer 2021 shows taking place this fall.
