At the trailer launch of ‘Haseena Parkar’, director Apoorva Lakhia and actor Siddhanth Kapoor revealed that Sonakshi Sinha was the first choice for the film.
When Shraddha Kapoor was asked if she was aware about this fact when she was offered the film, she said,
“I didn’t get too much into it. Of course sometimes you do hear things and all of that. But I’m in my own bubble most of the times. I was just very excited about the fact that Apoorva sir is sitting in front of me and is offering the film to me.”
‘Haseena Parkar’ is the story of Dawood Ibrahim’s sister and is scheduled to release on 18th August, 2017.
