20 year-old Junai Kaden is a Pakistani singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist waiting to pave his way through the music industry. As the young prodigy of Tiffin Beats’ award winning artist, Mumzy Stranger, Junai produced and was featured on the debut track “Aaja Mere Naal”, which is set to release on 14th April 2011.
“Aaja Mere Naal” is an upbeat, fast-tempo Punajbi dance floor smash hit, laced with a hard-hitting techno beat, which gives it a unique and contemporary feel. Mumzy Stranger, winner of Best Urban Act at the 2011 Lebera Mobile UK Asian Music Awards, adds an extra dimension with his inimitable style and trademark flow.
Born and raised in Essex, Junai first started singing at the age of 14 and learned to play many instruments, like the piano and dhol. He picked up traditional styles of singing during his visits to Pakistan and later began learning to play more instruments
In March 2010, Junai Kaden applied to the Rishi Rich Academy, where he was discovered by director Jamal Hirani and eventually, Mumzy Stranger, who decided to showcase him to the world under his own wings.
“Aaja Mere Naal” is an exciting introduction to an artist already being tipped as a star-in-the-making. Armed with raw talent and cutting edge production, 2011 will undoubtedly see Junai Kaden flourish into one the music scene’s hottest stars.
