The Lord of the Rings: Rings of Power
Rings of Power is a prequel series that takes place a couple of thousand years before the events of the Lord of the Rings trilogy. Featuring Galadriel as the lead, the show focuses on the history of Middle-Earth, how the rings changed the world forever, and how they led to the events we enjoy in the prequel movies.
The Sandman
Based on the DC comic, the Sandman features Morpheus, a character who is the personification of dreams. After being held captive for 196 years, he is freed and must return to the world we live in – and his.
The show is weird but wonderful and has a story that is sometimes hard to follow but no less exciting and engaging.
Moon Knight
A Marvel series, Moon Knight tells the story of the title character. Moon Knight is a mercenary and assassin who gets caught up in a fight between Egyptian gods trying to take over the world.
The series is only six episodes long, but it has a complex and intriguing story that is perfect for future seasons and expansion of the Moon Knight world.

Love, Death + Robots
Based on the 80s show Heavy Metal, Love, Death + Robots is an adult-focussed cartoon that is split into 22-minute long individual stories. The show has taken the world by storm due to the amazing characters, great script, and mind-blowing visuals.
The Boys
The Boys is a superhero series with a difference. It is set in a world where superheroes are respected by the public and work for a corporation. “The Boys” are a vigilante group within this organization looking to take down the corrupt superheroes they work with.
The show has an amazing cast that features Karl Urban as Butch, the leader of the Boys. It has also been praised for taking a brand new route within the superhero genre, one we haven’t seen before.
Clarkson’s Farm
Jeremy Clarkson bought a farm a few years back, and this show documents the trials and tribulations he faces. Add in his humor, and you have a show that is far funnier and more enjoyable than you may first think.
Clarkson is assisted by Kaleb, a young farmer who many say makes the show what it is. He is down-to-earth, hilarious, and one of the few people who puts Clarkson in his place.
The Haunting of Hill House
The Haunting of Hill House is a few years old now, but it is still one of the best shows ever on Netflix. The show is centered around a family living in a haunted house, where they begin to experience more and more paranormal activity.
The subsequent “sequel,” Haunting of Bly Manor, sees a young au pair experiencing apparitions and spirits while living at a manor. A horror series is very difficult to pull off properly, but both these shows do an exceptional job at creating a highly engaging and almost believable story.
Ozark
Ozark is widely regarded as one of the best TV drama series of all time. The show is about a financial advisor that moves to the Ozarks after his money laundering scheme for a gang goes wrong.
However, once there, they become entangled with local criminals, and his past comes back to haunt them.

A new and limited series, Devil in Ohio, is based on the book of the same name. A young girl with an upside-down pentagram on her back wakes up in a hospital. What follows is a suspense-filled mission to not only find out where she is from but to protect her as well.
The show is to-the-point and deals with dark themes in a way that is appealing to a vast audience. It is a must-watch if you have a few hours to spare.
