Vivek Oberoi is known for his humanitarian acts. Recently, the actor had gifted 25 flats to the families of 25 CRPF jawans killed in Sukma attack. And this time, he gifted a house to acid attack survivor Lalita Benbansi as her wedding gift.
Vivek had met Lalita at a function in March where he got to know about her problems and the fact that she was homeless. The actor promised her then that he will gift her a house. Keeping to his promise, Vivek not only attended Lalita’s wedding but also gifted her a new house.
Talking about Lalita, Vivek said:
“Lalita is a true hero because she has given a new hope to thousands of acid attack survivors to live their life like a normal human being.”
