Last night marked the 11th year of Elle Beauty Awards with celebrity attendees such as Malaika Arora Khan, Athiya Shetty, Diana Penty, Richa Chadda, Tammana Bhatia and Ananya Birla among others, and it was one extravagant event. Just when we were missing the fashion and beauty gala, Elle Beauty Awards was hosted in Sofitel, BKC, and gave us a night to remember!
The event was organized by Ogaan and executed by Production Crew Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.
The excitement level was soaring and some of our favorite beauty brands and products went home with prestigious awards. The Body Shop stole the show by winning the first prize under the category of Best Brands, followed by Clarins winning the second prize and L’Oreal Paris along with Moroccan Oil winning the third prize.
Mickey Contractor, the make-up guru, bagged yet another award for the Best Makeup Artist.
The gorgeous Malaika Arora Khan not only won our hearts in her visionary white gown by Gaurav Gupta but also bagged the award for ‘Elle Active Star’ for being one of the fittest actors.
While Malaika Arora Khan stole the show, the evening also saw some other divas that made it to our best dressed list. Athiya Shetty looked stunning in her Prabal Gurung gown while Kavya Trehan dazzled us in a Gucci ensemble. Ananya Birla opted for a florally embellished Manish Malhotra dress whereas Saiyami Kher picked a floor-sweeping Namrata Joshipura gown.
Apart from the celebrities, the top bloggers like Santoshi Shetty, Aashna Shroff and Mehak Ghai also graced the night and turned up the style quotient of the event!
